Shit ass , learn new throw ytr , tot i bua dao only .
Happen to be a abrasion or wahtever shit la .
and yes , it fking hurts .
That for not throwing properly . =[

So glad im finally learning new things .
Today suppose go help .
Im just too exhausted =/
However sometime i do think this way ,
what can i help when the black belts are there .
HAHA , i may be a brown but im only of a blue or green standard .
Gotta improve .
Happy to be learning the new katas but i wont be having my grading anytime soon !
