Went to uwc today , followed by nyp training.
Its been so long since i actually trained judo .
soo happy =]
with a nice uke .
but cynthia still the no.1 uke la !
glad that i still rmb my katas .
but i gotta brush up on my chokes and armlocks !
dedicated my day to judo .
